Membership Form

Dear Parents,

All current and new members will be required to complete this membership form for our Youth Club Database.

The information given will help us to keep in touch with you and help us provide the best possible care for your son/daughter during our normal youth club sessions and activities. All of the information on this form will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Upon completion, you will receive a membership confirmation e-mail. New members may also receive a welcoming phone call from one of our leaders with more details.

HYPE

HYPE is a local, faith-based youth club, for secondary-school aged youth (12-18), that aims to fulfill the potential of young people to shape a better future - mentally, socially and spiritually.

HYPE is a youth-centered and youth-led club with adult supervision, that fosters a fun, safe & supportive environment.

It runs every Saturday from 7:30-9:30pm in Hope Café.

This club is based on the following activities, team building, games and socializing, youth support. and most importantly, fun. Supervised by Youth Leaders who have been trained, certified and Garda-vetted. Also, understand that this club is for the entire community. We have Religious and non- Religious members, and Religion is not enforced, We have discussion groups from time to time-based on topics the youth suggest discussing, such as depression, suicide, mental health where we may ask God for guidance and support.
